Q: What's your payment term?
A: We can accept T/T and L/C for standard order; West Union, Paypal and T/T for samples are also acceptable.
Q. Do you have MOQ of the battery order?
A: Generally we request no MOQ to support every of our clients, sample orders for testing are also welcome.
Q. How long will be the Lead time?
A: Detailed lead time depends on order quantity. Usually the lead time for samples: 7-10 days, for mass production order: 10~20 days.
Q. How to deliever the goods and how long does it takes to arrive?
A: The goods are generally shipped by Express (UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX etc). And we can also ship the battery by Air Cargo or by sea. It takes 3-5 days by Express and about 30 days by sea.
Q. How to proceed with an order?
A: Step 1, let us know your detailed requirements of the UPS;
Step 2, we will quote according to your detailed requirements;
Step 3, pls confirm the prices and samples;
Step 4, pls place a formal order including detailed QTY and product requirements;
Step 5, we provide the proforma invoice according to your order and you pay 30% deposit of the order then we will arrange the production;
Step 6, when the goods are ready, we will inform you to finish the balance payment of the order and we will arrange shipment of the goods when the payment is confirmed.
